Summary:The aims of this research are to identify a general set of variables which might predict the adjustment of Singaporean expatriates living and working in Thailand, and to provide information that may be of value to companies in identifying the needs and necessary support required by their staff for posting to Thailand. Sixty-four Singaporean expariates on overseas posting to Thailand responded to a survey on tne adjustment Singaporean expatriates to living and working in Thailand. This was a wide ranging survey on work and non-work adjustments. In-depth interviews were also conducted on selected respondents.
