Description
Summary:Through this final year project, I seek to understand the use of the player’s shadow as a game controller and the possible effect of drawing the distance between the player and the game closer, making the player’s realization of the game controller being a crucial existence. To create a solution, one has to see the root of the problem. When the player starts playing a new game, s/he recognizes the existence of the game controller while trying to learn the controls so as to play the game. As the player grows more proficient in playing the game, her/his recognition of the game controller slowly fades till the day s/he becomes an expert in the game and finally s/he forgets the existence of the game controller.
