Summary:“Learning”, over a long period of time of understanding and research on this topic has brought about various approaches that once can adopt to teach and to learn. The e learning approaches and possibilities that allows people to venture the impossibilities of the learning environment; allowing people to find ways to transient the boundaries, passes the barriers that exist in the learning classroom and out onto the technology and network. The e-learning approach of now has become the highlight in the context of higher education. From learning inside a physical class to using software on the old personal computer and onto the Internet where web portals are built for education and they are nevertheless, lacking in any forms of requirements. In fact, the portals are improving so impressively with the learning tools that were being pushed out onto these platforms has naturally neglected the importance of what the learner necessarily needs.
