The e-learning approach of now has become the highlight in the context of higher education. From learning inside a physical class to using software on the old personal computer and onto the Internet where web portals are built for education and they are nevertheless, lacking in any forms of requirements. In fact, the portals are improving so impressively with the learning tools that were being pushed out onto these platforms has naturally neglected the importance of what the learner necessarily needs.
