In this project, pioneer research is carried out to first establish experiment procedures then, improvise and enhance current electrophoresis methods. This is done by combining microchip electrophoresis together with capacitively-coupled contactless conductivity detection methods. The results is a highly time efficient setup. The developed setup is used to carry out research in the field of cancer diagnosis that yielded fruitful results as published in conference paper by Advances in Microfluidics and Nanofluidics and Asian-Pacific International Symposium on Lab On Chip (AMNAPLOC).
