Description
Summary:The aim of the project is to device an automated algorithm for respiration induced kidney movement tracking for non invasive surgery. A quantitative study of internal organ movement using two dimensional ultrasound imaging and modality during non invasive surgery is necessary for accurate delivery dose and surgical navigation. The respiration induced kidney movements for both left and right kidneys are analysed three dimensionally. The algorithm automatically estimates the exact position of the kidney with respect to specific time interval.
