Summary: | This study examines employees’ knowledge of their organization’s stated values and how closely they interpret them as compared to the organization’s intended meaning. In addition, we explore a new concept, Organizational Values Integrity (OVI) which is an extension of Behavioral Integrity (BI). We seek to identify some specific organizational practices as demonstrations of OVI and how well employees perceived these practices being demonstrated by their organization. Finally, we examine whether and how OVI differs from BI, cynicism, psychological contract, trust and credibility at the organizational level. |
