Summary:This report focuses on the strategies to attract, retain and engage employees beyond the statutory retirement age in Singapore. With Singapore facing an increasingly ageing population, various challenges such as societal and economical implications, as well as the concerns of Singapore‟s service industry have surfaced. Therefore, the Singapore government aims to mitigate these implications by coming up with the Retirement and Re-employment Act (RRA) to encourage older employees to continue working.
