Description
Summary:This applied research project is exploratory in nature and meant to provide financial institutions with realistic recommendations in building or improving their employee volunteering programmes. CSR has evolved over the years to become a key global focus for businesses. Increasingly, managers are increasing their CSR activities in their countries of operations, including in Singapore. Financial institutions in particular have increased the scale of their CSR programmes over the past few years. Employees form a crucial component of any organisation. They are one of the largest groups of stakeholders, and thus there is a need to analyse how they feel towards the organisation’s CSR programme.
