Imagine the possibility of communication over vast distances or disruptive networks. The solution is to bridge the existing infrastructure running Internet Protocol (IP) and the Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) with a “transparent” proxy. Since there a research group dedicated to tackle such issues with new protocols; it is viable to use the sources available from them via internet and attempt to see if it is a feasible solution. In essence, it is the ability of the DTN daemon to store-and-forward bundles as and when needed over an arbitrary number of intermediate notes.
