As a business user, it is highly pertinent that they jump on the bandwagon and tap on the powers of these online platforms. Monitoring analysis generated at the consumer level has become important because it allows productivity of businesses to be increased instantaneously. With ROSEBUD, businesses can monitor twitter feeds in real-time and find out what consumers want from them. Data is then collected over a period to generate graphical information useful for analyzing service or design gaps in the business based on consumer sentiments. With this they will be able to make meaningful decisions and come up with practical strategies to improve their business performance over time. Although you may find competitive monitoring services being offered elsewhere, ROSEBUD is more than just that, offering a unique selling proposition that helps one to pinpoint the origins of customers who are making a complaint or a comment about a product or service feature. In this report I will be showing you the different layouts of what you can expect when you sign up with us, offering you a comprehensive demonstration of the functionalities of ROSEBUD. The report will bring you through a step-by-step analysis of the software development lifecycle, in which the iterative model was used to ensure the smooth progression of ROSEBUD. From development to implementation, there will be an elaborate explanation on the processes involved. In addition, visual representations of the project will help prepare you for future improvements to ROSEBUD.
