This final year report aims to look at how feedback affect participants performance, as well as 2 individual factors, need for cognition and situational awareness. and An experiment were conducted were participants participant in a real time strategy game for half a day. The experiment results shows that feedback group perform better than the non-feedback group, need for cognition scores are not correlated with games wins and situational awareness score improves as training increases.
