This report describes in detail how the student accomplished 2 of the tasked projects, which are 1) the design of an anti-collision device for vehicle hatch, and 2) the design of a tensioning mechanism for compressor belt. How each of the designed mechanism works will be explained thoroughly, and the advantages and disadvantages of each mechanism will be explored as well.
