The scope of the study is limited to the Singapore context. In carrying out the study, existing law literature on the subject was consulted to provide an understanding o the subject, as were relevant statutes like the Rules of the Supreme and Subordinate Courts of the Republic of Singapore and the Legal Profession (Solicitors' Remuneration) Order. |
