Critical chain project control for fast track projects
The main objectives of this thesis are to review conventional Critical Path Method (CPM) and newly developed Critical Chain (CC) scheduling techniques, show how they can be applied through a case study, highlight the difference between the techniques and discuss the limitations of CC scheduling.
