Description
Summary:In this research, three dimensional imaging and graphics techniques have been applied to visualize the different regions of human heart from MRI Images. Our research goal is to use visualization technique useful for understanding perfusion deficits detected by the assessment of risk area, infarct size, and myocardial viability in acute myocardial interaction; also it will be helpful in investigation of specific abnormalities in endothelial function, transplant rejection, understanding the pathophysiology of chronic ischemic dysfunction and the effect of re-vascularization procedures on it.
