SMEs in the manufacturing sector : performance, problems & regionalisation
According to the Economic Survey of Singapore 1993, local SMEs constitute 91% of the total number of establishments and contribute 26% of value-added to the economy. In addition, out of the total local SMEs, a significant 39% are in the manufacturing sector.
