Description
Summary:This project aims to study the accuracy of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Imaging, paying attention to the prostate surface and the cancer distribution with respect to it. Reference cancer distribution information is derived from pathological examination of prostatectomy specimens. Reference volume/surface information is derived fromFastSCAN (before the application of formalin). For the purpose of validating MRSI, two methods are studied to correct the deformation caused by formalin fixation and pathological processing.
