Summary:The first audiobook has been around since 1930 with the support of the government to help on the blind readers. With the advance technology, the audiobooks has developed to become more attractive to the public especially to the parents which require their child to read and increase their reading comprehension by learning from the audiobook. By comparing the Audiobook to traditional book it is more interactive; user can listen while doing other tasks. For example the tasks include exercising indoor, traveling with public transport and as well as listen while relaxing on the bed. This project aims to develop a window platform audiobook application which has two special features to assist the user during the play out of the audiobook. The application was developed in WPF C# language using various library functions. The application is capable to synchronize the word with audio play out. The application is also capable of translating the paragraph into different type of language according to the user preferences. The outcome of the application has almost accuracy of 95% to synchronize the text. Overall results indicated that the application can perform decent quality of aligning the text
