FTIR spectroscopy of potential markers in determining Alzheimer's disease
The aims of this dissertation are to characterize the beta-amyloid and tau proteins using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The proposal to use FTIR spectroscopy has the advantage of being a method capable of easily and quickly detecting beta-amyloid and tau.
