The advancement of mobile technology has also seen the use of computer graphics on smart phones and tablets. 3D modelling and free-form deformation or FFD, is a subset of computer graphics which creates and represents real world objects in the virtual environment. This report covers the development of a 3D free form deformation software using the trivariate Bernstein polynomial equation as suggested by Sederberrg and Parry, and looks at the results and limitations of such a program, suggesting future developments.
