Arbutin which arises as the most effective drugs, were encapsulated within micelle and delivered into B16-F10 mouse melanoma cells to investigate on effectiveness of this drug delivery system. The result has shown that micellar Arbutin was a bit less efficient compared with free arbutin, but still effective compared with blank micelles and the control. And micellar Arbutin also is able to delivery Arbutin through the skin (0.027mg/ml within 24h), after using porcine skin in vitro skin permeation study.
