today spend a significant amount of resources on training
to upgrade their workers.

helping the company to meet its needs.
This study seeks to examine training adequacy and
effectiveness by using survey, interviews, literature review
and a modification of Donald Kirkpatrick's four segments of
evaluation impact model.
The· result of this study shows that PSA is committed in
training its skilled workers. Besides, this study shows that
the training programmes for Technical and Operations
Departments are effective and that the Operations programmes
are adequate but the Technical programmes are not adequate.
