By using Visual Basic 6.0, we can further improve the GUI to achieve more efficient and user-friendly interface. In this project, we will develop a user-friendly simulator with GUI to simulate InGaAsNBi/GaAs quantum well with emission wavelength of 1.55 um, which has potential application in optical fiber communication. This project is to be extended from previous final year project.
