Summary:This report discusses about the author’s internship experience in GLOBALFOUNDRIES on January to May 2017. During the internship, the author had the opportunity to work at several project aimed to assist engineers in maintaining the equipment in Diffusion module using various such as preventive maintenance tracking system, automated tool status update system, and Web-based passdown tracking system. The internship has been valuable to the author as the author had the chance to understand about the practices in the workplace and especially semiconductor industry as well as to further improve the author’s programming and communication skills.
