It was launched by four undergraduate students from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University in Dec 2017. The campaign began with a pre-campaign study to assess the current beliefs and attitudes of university students, and their receptivity to potential campaign ideas. Findings suggested that 77.3% of the university students were sleep-deprived, and sleeping below the recommended 7 hours of sleep. Whilst campaign events were ongoing, a qualitative programming evaluation was conducted to improve subsequent activities. Lastly, post-campaign analysis was carried out to check if objectives of the campaign were met and to evaluate the success of the campaign. An increase in the self-efficacy and behavioral levels was observed among the target audience in the post-evaluation campaign survey.
