總結:Frequency-hopped spread-spectrum system is a practiced solution to use the limited bandwidth more efficiently. Frequency-Hopping technology is also considered one of the most efficient communication systems against jamming. This technology has been used in both military and commercial applications. Uncoded coherent Binary Frequency Shift Keying (BFSK) system performs is evaluated over various channel conditions. Slow frequency hop (SFH) does not give much improvement to the system performance, so I focus on fast frequency hop (FFH) in this project. Performances of clipper receiver and linear combining receiver using square law detector are compared under slow flat fading channel with multitone jamming and multiple access interferences. The simulation results show that clipper receiver outperformance linear combining receiver when the jamming and multiple access interference (MAI) are strong. The performance improvement is much more obvious when only jamming signal suffers fading as compared with the case when both data signal and jamming signal suffer from fading.
