This study will analyse of data from secondary sources, conducting an interview to understand the ground sentiments of Singaporeans, and drawing insights from the case study on the United States. Several conclusion like the effectiveness of policies and the GRC system shall be drawn from the research and recommendations like ground-up approach shall be given on how the current situation of Singapore can be improved.
