The mobile application for this project aims to help consumers choo s e the most suitable electricity price plan based on their usage through a mobile platform for the convenience of accessibility The mobile application was designed to cater to three different type s of audience which consist of the consumers, administrative user and retailer s Additional features that utilize machine learning to predict the most suitable type of price plan, electricity tariff rate and usage have been implemented to enhance the functionality of the mobile application This report will cover the design infrastructure of the mobile application and its implemented features.
