By bring in the mechanized system, the efficiency will be improved, and cost will be lowered, so that they will have more orders and better profit. The frog size is relatively small and body structure is compact. We plan the operation layout and design the special tools for cutting and peeling process. As the organs need to be take out, a dragging tool is designed stretch into the belly and pull out those organs, then throw them into collection bucket. PLC system is imported in this project to achieve automated control. It can simplify the human operation and improve the efficiency. By implement the mechanization technology, the efficiency improves to 12 times compare with current manual process, and the setup cost will be recovered within 5 months.
