Geometric parameters were varied to analyse how geometry variation affect stress concentration and stress intensity factor. In analysis of stress concentration, it was found that the inner edge of the non-central hole is where maximum principle stress occurred. In this particular region, crack was modeled and stress intensity factors were obtained.
