Implementation of real-time low-rate speech coder with echo and noise canceller
In this project, a real-time implementation of a 2.4 kbps excitation linear prediction (MELP) speech-coding algorithm on a 20 MIPS TMS320C44 digital signal processor is described. The algorithms for echo and noise cancellor are also in-corporated.
