Summary: | This article examines the possibilities of any relationships or connections between Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality inventory ‘types’ (based on Jung’s Type Theory) and rationality in problem-solving behavior. Our results show that Extraversion, Intuitive and Perceiving types tend to be more risk-seeking. Judging types are inclined to exhibit the framing effect while Sensing types either tend to be more risk-averse or have a propensity towards displaying the framing effect. |
