A study on the employee stock option plan in Singapore.
We examine the regulations governing the ESOP and the changes of the features of the ESOPs of 20 listed companies in Singapore between 1996 and 1999, and to find whether there are any significant differences between NBS and engineering students in their level of perception towards ESOP.
