An empirical study on customers' perception of personal financial planning in Singapore.

Our paper has identified several major issues that financial institutions could pay more attention to such as, customers' knowledge, perception, and awareness of the financial planning industry in Singapore. The effectiveness of the new Financial Advisors Act is also discussed in this paper.
