Hybrid profession and commitment profile : an empirical study of IT auditors.
An emerging trend of hybrid professions in the 21st century raised questions about multiple professional commitments. This study drew from IT audit profession as an example of a hybrid profession and investigated the effects of IT auditors’ commitment profiles on work-related outcomes.
