One personality trait linked to favourable employee behaviours and attitudes is employee proactivity. Integrating several different literatures, Singapore Management University associate professor of organisational behaviour Gary Greguras, and University of Akron assistant professor of psychology James Diefendorff, developed and tested a model which explicates the processes through which proactivity relates to employee job satisfaction, life satisfaction, performance, and organisational citizenship behaviours. |
