Singapore Management University Libraries too, have been responsive in reviewing and revamping its library orientation program entitled LibQuest, which was once a traditional library tour to one that integrates technology and games to engage first-year students where students experience both the physical and digital library. A team of First-Year Experience (FYE) librarians curate and deliver the program. Framed using the ADDIE model, details of the different activities in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases are presented. LibQuest has been successful through its continuous improvement and partnerships with other key stakeholders on campus.
