Questions explored include: how mindfulness influences energy allocation at work, group-level communication and performance, leader and subordinate relations, multiparty ethical decision-making dilemmas, and social environments faced by professionals. Methods include field experiments and field surveys, laboratory experiments, and qualitative theory-building.
