It comprises eighteen cases involving Korea and Singapore organizations conducting business in globally. The cases are taken from a cross section of different industries: chemical products, construction equipment, steel supply chain, semi-conductor manufacturing, tele-communications, banking, stock brokerage, online communities, and on-line auction. The organizations range from new start-ups companies to large mature corporations to the government. The case studies focus on different issues such as information management, business strategies, online culture, new technologies, venture overseas, government initiatives, partner strategies and outsourcing.
