Why it’s not enough for leaders to just be clever
In an invited commentary, SMU Behavioural Sciences Institute Director Professor David Chan explained why adaptive leaders must not just be clever, but more importantly, they must be wise. He suggested several learning points for leaders to be both clever and wise.
