Successful purifications were checked by morphological characterization (plate culture and scanning electron microscope) and molecular methods (Multiplex randomly amplified polymorphic DNA and 16S rRNA gene). This study presents the results of axenic cyanobacteria were obtained on ASNIII agar plates and scanning electron microscopy.
