Summary:This independent study aimed to study the factors affecting employee engagement and the level of employee engagement of Reebok salespersons towards Thai Top Sport Co., Ltd. The data was collected from 120 employees with the use of questionnaire and was then analyzed by statistics analysis including frequency, percentage, mean and reference statistics such as Independent Sample T-test, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study indicated that most population were single female, 32-38 years old, and graduated with high school/vocational certificate. They had been working for 1-5 years and earned the salary of 10,001-15,000 baht per month. The results showed that employee engagement was at the “engage” level and the factor that affected engagement the most at 0.05 level of statistics significance was leadership. The other factors were organization, work, and human resource development. The personal factors that affected employee engagement at 0.05 level of statistics significance were age and education. Gender, marital status, work period, and salary did not significantly affect employee engagement.
