Dielectric properties of liquid phase sintered 0.98BaTiO<inf>3</inf>-0.02Ba(Mg<inf>1/3</inf>Nb<inf>2/3</inf>)O<inf>3</inf>ceramic

The sintering temperature of 0.98BaTiO3-0.02Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(BT)(BMN) ceramics was lowered from around 1300 to 900 °C through liquid phase sintering to obtain various microstructural and dielectric properties. The linear shrinkage and densities were recorded and their microstructures were investigat...

The transformation from ferroelectric to paraelectric phase occurred when flux concentration was double the amount used to cause the ceramic ferroelectric state. 2018-09-11T09:23:40Z 2018-09-11T09:23:40Z 2005-09-01 Journal 00222461 2-s2.0-25444509832 10.1007/s10853-005-3935-y https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?partnerID=HzOxMe3b&scp=25444509832&origin=inward http://cmuir.cmu.ac.th/jspui/handle/6653943832/62212
