Large-scale synthesis of Sb2S3 spikes by hydrothermal reaction
Spikes of Sb2S3 (antimony sulfide) were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction at 100-200 °C for 6-48 h. By using X-ray diffraction (XRD), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high resolution TEM (HRTEM...

A diffraction pattern was also simulated, and was in good accordance with the SAED pattern obtained from the experiment. ©2010 IEEE. 2014-08-30T03:24:02Z 2014-08-30T03:24:02Z 2010 Conference Paper 9.78142E+12 10.1109/INEC.2010.5425105 80006 http://www.scopus.com/inward/record.url?eid=2-s2.0-77951660316&partnerID=40&md5=3e35a6e28ff210f05cb1d7df06ed3c62 http://cmuir.cmu.ac.th/handle/6653943832/6272 English |
