The results of the study revealed that the employees at Sriphat Medical Center, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University had a moderate overall quality of working life. The personnel’s attitudes toward the factors of working life quality were ranked at the high level in the following order: mind, social relation, and spirituality.
