Summary:The purpose of this research is to study and introduce guidelines in orderto reduceServiceMeterInstallation of Provincial Electricity AuthorityChiang Mai with focus on Customer Service and Meter section.The main problems in this section are unnecessary documentaries, staff have to wait for their job responsibility and are provided facilities which they are not used. The process improvement methodologies was applied from ECRS techniques, with include eliminating (E), combination(C), rearrangement (R), and simplification (S). Unnecessary documentaries are collected in one system in order to improve the problem and easy to access the documents. In addition, computer network technology used to facilitate works with Microsoft Excel used to design table information and Google Earth used to locate the meter installation place.The results show that the amount of extravagant times and overtime cost paid decrease significantly. Moreover, the amount of time for 10 processes were reduced by 41.5% and overtime cost was reduced by 100%
