Summary:The purposes of this study were to study attitude of teachers towards Inclusive Education in public and private schools under the jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Education Service Area Office 1 and to compare the attitude of teachers in public schools and private schools under the Jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples included 230 homeroom teachers who teaches students with special needs in public schools and private schools under the Jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by using the questionnaire asking the teacher attitude towards Inclusive Education in public and private Schools under the Jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 which included three parts of the attitude as follows; the knowledge and understanding, the feelings, and the readiness of teachers towards Inclusive Education in schools. The data were analyzed by percentage, means, standard deviation, Chi-Square Test, t-test (Independent). The results of the study were as follows: 1. The knowledge and understanding of teachers in public schools and private schools were at the very good level. 2. The feeling of teachers towards the Inclusive Education in public schools and private schools were at the high level. 3. The readiness of teachers towards the Inclusive Education in public schools and private schools were at the high level. 4. The comparison of the teachers attitude of towards Inclusive Education in public and private schools under the jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Education Service Area Office 1 were found that the attitude of the teachers in public schools and the private school-groups were not different.
