Summary:The purposes of this research were to 1) create and evaluate quality of lesson plans using scaffolding technique and online media to develop English reading and writing abilities of Grade 10 Students, 2) compare English reading ability before-after using the scaffolding technique and online media, 3) compare English writing ability before-after using the scaffolding technique and online media, and 4) study students’ satisfaction of learning activities using the scaffolding technique and online media. The research sample was 44 students in grade 10 of Chiangkhamwittayakhom school in second semester of academic year 2019 which were chosen by cluster random sampling. Research instruments consisted of learning management evaluation form, English reading ability test, English reading ability test, and satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed by means, standard deviations, and t-test. The research founded that : 1. the lesson plans based on using scaffolding teaching and online media to develop English reading and writing abilities had 20 plans in total 20 hours. This lesson plans had quality at a good level. 2. the students’ English reading ability after using the scaffolding technique and online media were higher than before learning at the .01 level of significance. 3. the students’ English writing ability after using the scaffolding technique and online media strategies were higher than before learning at the .01 level of significance. 4. students’ satisfaction of learning by using the scaffolding technique and online media were satisfied at a good level.
