Through knowledge audit, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge analysis and utilization, the productive vocabulary based on problem-solving in educational service was collected. It proves that users' productive vocabulary has close relation with understanding and effective communication, and its size is much less than overall vocabulary. The research offers evidence of productive vocabulary collection and significance of the productive vocabulary leaning.
